FailSafe Attempts To Keep iNet2 Server Running At All Costs!

1. Ending FailSafe
Rename iNet2svr.exe, and FailSafe will disable.
Or obviously, Shutdown Windows!

2. Starting FailSafe
Rename failsafe1.exe to failsafe.exe then run inet2svr.exe

3. FailSafe Checking Intervals
Failsafe Runs iNet2svr every 10 seconds. This is quite a system hog!
Hopefully I will find a better way.
iNet2 Server Build 10 Checks For Failsafe Every 1/2 Second!
Build 11 Checks Every 10 Seconds.

A Better Way Should Be Found Before Publishing Time Comes Around!
